How does the Outstanding Results Pty Ltd (Outstanding Results) Centumate© Workplace/Community Giving Work?
1. Charity registers interest with Outstanding Results and provides ABN and DGR status
2. Outstanding Results checks Australian Business Register website at www.abr.gov.au
3. Charity loads WordPress onto website – in a sub-directory if not already using WordPress (note WordPress does not need to be activated if not required by the charity, however, it is easy to set-up a blog now or in the future)
4. Charity provides username, password within WordPress arena only
5. Charity selects an email account E.G. fundraiser@charity.org.au or giving@charity.org.au or wpg@charity.org.au that will be forwarded to Outstanding Results
6. Outstanding Results loads Proprietary Software onto Charity WordPress website and configures emails
7. Bonus: The Proprietary Software can be used to distribute newsletters on behalf of the charity if required – Outstanding Results to train staff in the use of the software.
8. Outstanding Results to develop CAF Australia website listing in the correct format.
9. Charity is encouraged to create publicity for program using press, radio and TV via community announcements or paid charity rate advertising.
10. Set-up of Community giving promotion program of charity by Outstanding Results
11. Charity identifies 1000 Small Medium Enterprise Businesses (SMEs) in local area. Outstanding Results to program 50 contacts per week over 13 weeks. Additional SMEs are created to provide replacements if needed.
12. 7 email templates are set-up to run the Community giving information service and call-to-action steps from SMEs
13. Using the 90 day cycle, SMEs contacted in week 1 are then followed up in week 14, week 2 followed up in week 15 etc and repeated until everyone gets at least 6-7 follow ups.
14. Outstanding Results will provide monthly statistical data to the Charity
What happens when a business starts to donate?
1. Business completes a simple registration form designed by Outstanding Results
2. If employees are also contributing, each employee completes their own registration form.
3. Businesses and employees now become part of the Charity database.
4. Charity may acknowledge Businesses as contributors to the cause and list them on the Charity website.
5. A press release is sent by Outstanding Results on behalf of the Charity announcing the annual commitment made by the Business (and employees if applicable) to press contacts in the local community
6. Upon receipt of monies the Charity issues receipts to Businesses for contributions made (usually month after contribution is paid). If employees have made donations, Charity to issue receipts to individual employees as well.
7. Outstanding Results sends information updates to all Businesses registered on the Community giving program at agreed intervals
8. Outstanding Results continues to liaise with Businesses to maintain community giving program
